Netflix announced on Tuesday that its new Conjuring game, “The Conjuring: Unspoken”, will arrive on October 13, letting players investigate a paranormal mystery using their phones as controllers.
Players explore the Red Lion Inn as demonologist Francesca Noakes. While a television displays the surroundings, the phone controls tools for searching for supernatural clues.
Netflix describes the title as an “interactive paranormal investigation you can play from your couch”. Players shape the narrative through dialogue choices rather than simply watching the story unfold.
Although the game draws on “The Conjuring” films, Netflix says players can follow it without watching them first. Familiar characters appear for fans of the franchise.

Netflix began offering games in 2021. However, it has not disclosed exact daily or monthly player totals, leaving the size of its gaming audience unclear.
