A man named Akram buried alive a 6-year-old girl named Zahra. The dastardly act was committed by the man on advice of a fake Pir. The incident occurred at Hazaar Khan in Jatoi district of Muzaffargarh. The girl was given an anesthetic injection before lowering her into a grave dug for her. She was shown as dead to everybody by the man. Her funeral prayers were even offered by a local cleric named Abdul Razzaq. Police arrested the fake Pir when information about the act leaked out.
According to the details, Akram was a neighbor of the girl’s parents. The childless man had adopted the 6 year old girl. Zahra was taken out of her grave after 2 days of being buried alive. When Zahra came to visit her original parents she looked extremely terrified. As The parents were beside themselves on hearing of the inhuman act that was inflicted upon their daughter.
Police arrested the bogus Pir after registering the case in Jatoi Police Station. Further details are awaited as to why this ghastly act was perpetuated.
