A collision between a passenger bus and a car on the Karakoram Highway in the Kohistan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa resulted in up to 30 fatalities and 15 injuries among the passengers.

A passenger bus traveling from Gilgit to Rawalpindi reportedly collided head-on with a car traveling in the opposite direction in the Shitial region of the province.
