TV actor Farooq Zameer passed away on Thursday after a protracted illness.
Accordingly to ‘ARY News’ The veteran TV actor had been suffering from breathing problems for six months.
Farooq Zameer started his career with Pakistan Television in the 90s, his famous drama serials include ‘Rani’, ‘Gurya’ and ‘Suraagh Zindagi’ among others.
Farooq Zameer has performed pivotal roles in scores of dramas, such as Rani, 93 Shumali and Gadarya. He has also acted in a dozen Pakistani films as well.
Farooq had been working in Khandan-e-Shughlia, another hit drama serial aired on ARY Digital. His drama serial, Mukmala Aur Mahira, was a major hit.
Zameer’s funeral prayer will be held in Lahore.
