CLARKSVILLE: US President Donald Trump mocked Iranian leaders during a campaign rally in Tennessee on Saturday, imitating what he portrayed as violent threats while discussing the ongoing war with Iran.
Trump acted out an imagined Iranian speaker threatening to kill everyone. He then mimicked people standing behind the speaker, repeatedly chanting “Praise be to Allah”.
The president criticised Iranian leaders for their extreme rhetoric and claimed they no longer used such threatening language. He later warned that Washington could end the conflict quickly, arguing he had shown considerable restraint toward Tehran.
Trump also claimed Iran had no operational military aircraft, suggesting its planes were lying on airport runways. His remarks formed part of a broader speech at a Republican campaign gathering in Clarksville.

Earlier this year, Trump used similar religious language in a Truth Social post directed at Iranian authorities. On April 5, he demanded that Iran reopen the Strait of Hormuz and threatened attacks on the country’s power plants and bridges if Tehran refused.
The president ended that message with the same religious expression he repeated during Saturday’s rally. President Donald Trump mocked Iranian leaders during a Tennessee rally on Saturday, imitating threats of violence and chanting a religious phrase while discussing the war with Iran.
