At least six people lost their lives and another 16 others wounded in a blast near Karkhano check-post of security forces in Peshawar earlier today.
The dead bodies and injured were rushed to Hayatabad Medical complex.
Additional police force has been dispatched to the site of the blast.
Nature of the blast is not ascertained yet, however, the sources said it seems that a suicide bomber hit the check-post.
