KHAIRPUR: At least 22 persons were injured in road accident at Terhi Bypass in Khairpur on Saturday.
The accident took place when a passenger bus, carrying a wedding party, overturned due to which 22 people were injured. The bus was heading towards Moro from Jhat Pat area.
The wounded were shifted to Civil Hospital Khairpur for treatment.
It is being said that the unfortunate incident took place as the axel rod of the bus broke.
It should be noted that 60 people were killed when a truck collided head on with a bus at the same point 11 days ago.
