A woman was gunned down in Memon Goth area of Malir and a man was shot dead in Muzaffarabad Colony in Quaidabad. while Another man’s body was found at Lyari River.
Two persons were also injured in firing incidents at Shafiq Turn and Shahrah-e-Faisal whereas two others were wounded in a shooting incident near Jungle School in Baldia Town.
Two alleged suspects, said to be involved in target killings and extortion were arrested from PIB Colony today. Illegal weapons were also recovered from the arrested suspects.
Rangers carried out raids at Lyari’s Sangolane and Meeranaka areas in which several gangsters along with suspects were taken into custody. Drugs and ammunition were also recovered in the process.
