The Chief of Army Staff, General Raheel Sharif telephoned Inspector General (IG) Sindh Police A.D Khawaja and expressed his profound sorrow and grief over the mass murder of seven cops in the Orangi town area of Karachi.
General Raheel assured the police chief that Pakistan Army would fully cooperate with Sindh police in fight against terrorism.
He said, “terrorists will be eliminated from every province.”
The Army Chief also extended his condolences to the families of martyred police personnel.
Seven police personnel were martyred in two separate firing incidents in Karachi when unidentified armed men targeted their mobiles in Orangi Town early yesterday morning.
