The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA), today,increased power tariff by 52 paisa per unit on account of fuel charges adjustments.
According to the statement issued, revised prices would be applicable to the bills of this month whereas consumers of lifeline (who use 50 units a month) and Karachi would be exempted from this upsurge in electricity prices.
