Former president Gen. (retd) Pervaiz Musharraf is widely expected to fly to United States for medical treatment this week, his party sources said.
All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) sources said, “Pervaiz Musharraf is visiting the US for treatment of his backbone.”
The sources added the retired general will stay at the residence of his son Bilal Musharraf and will also visit Houston and Washington.
Musharraf had flown to Dubai a few days ago as the government of Pakistan removed his name from ECL on medical grounds after apex court decision.
Earlier, his close aides claim that he will seek medical care in the United Kingdom for a vertebra fusion surgery.
