Bollywood superstar Katrina Kaif was involved in a car accident whilst shooting for her upcoming movie “Fitoor”.
However the diva escaped any injury. Whilst filming for her upcoming film Fitoor, a scene required her to drive a car. Whilst driving, Katrina forgot to close the door which inadvertently lead to a crash. The actress remained hurt and survived the crash without being even slightly injured.
Aditya Roy continued shooting for the scene since he thought the driver could make use of the bizarre scene in the movie.
Regarding the incident, this is what Katrina had to say:-
“It was a very nice convertible. And can you imagine, the car has hit a wall and Adi (Aditya Roy Kapur) the great, being the method actor that he is, kept on acting in the shot, just in case Abhishek wanted to use it. So, while Abhishek has rushed to see if I am okay, true actor Adi was still acting.”
The camera was in front of the car and Katrina got into the car and drove simply without minding the door being open. This lead to her car smashing into a wall. Fitoor is a love story being directed by Abhishek Kapoor and will feature Aditya Roy Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles.
Also starring in the movie are legendary actress Rekha, Talat Aziz, Aditi Rap Hydari and Rahul Bhatt will be seen.
The film is based on the acclaimed Charles Dickens novel ‘Great Expectations’. Katrina had previously commented how much she enjoyed working with Rekha and what a thorough professional she considered Rekha to be.
