Japanese magazine categorically rejects Indian claim of surgical strikes

A Japanese magazine has questioned the Indian claim of surgical strikes on Pakistani territory, saying New Delhi does not have capacity to do so.

“The Diplomat magazine” says a surgical strike operation begs the question of whether Indian forces have the capability to launch such a sophisticated and coordinated attack.

It also raised doubts on India’s airborne, artillery based precision guided strikes, or ground force based assaults.

The Magazine writes that much of India’s asymmetrical warfare capability is still being tested and is not fully developed.

It observers that a cross border air raid by India would still prove exceedingly difficult as Pakistan has an incredibly impressive air defense system. (APP)
