The interim challan in the former Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq murder case was filed in the court, in which Mohsin Ali Syed, Khalid Shamim and Moazzam Ali have been declared accused in the case.
The challan declared Mohsin Ali Syed as the key culprit while, Khalid Shamim and Moazzam Ali as facilitators. The confessional statements of the accused are also made part of the challan.
Statements of four travel agents, who arranged visa and tickets for accused Mohsin and Kashif, have also been included in the interim challan.
The challan, submitted on April 15 after end of the court time, also includes travel history of Mohsin Ali Syed, the key accused in the case.
Earlier to this development, the court had rejected the challan six times.
Dr Imran Farooq, a founding member of the MQM, was stabbed to death in Edgware, northwest London in September 2010.
