Government on Friday announced its Hajj policy for year 2015.
Under the Haj policy, more than 143,000 Pakistanis will perform annual Hajj pilgrimage.
Minister for Religious Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Yousuf, announced new Hajj policy in Islamabad.
While announcing Haj policy, Yousuf said that overall 1,43,368 pilgrims will perform Hajj this year out of which 50 percent would proceed through private Hajj operators.
He said Hajj applications would be received from aspirants through designated banks from 27 April to 8 May 2015, after which balloting will be on May 14.
