The Government of Pakistan has finally agreed upon allowing the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) for Azadi – March in Islamabad
According to sources, Information Minister Pervez Rasheed upon instruction by the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, telephoned the chief of Jamat e Islami (JI), Siraj ul Haq and informed him that the government has decided to permit PTI to carry on with its long march.
He told the JI Ameer that the permission was mainly given due to his repeated consultation.
Information minister told JI chief that the government had announced to form a judicial commission to probe rigging allegations, for which a letter has already been written to the Registrar of the Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan.
