Clarifying the statement of the adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs regarding Pakistan’s fight against terrorism, the Foreign Office said that the Sartaj Aziz made the statement in a “historical context”.
In an interview with BBC Urdu yesterday, Sartaj Aziz, the adviser to the prime minister, said that those who are enemies of America have become Pakistan’s enemies for no reason.
According to a press release issued by the FO, the spokesperson said that as for the present, Pakistan has launched operation Zarb-e-Azb and taking action against all groups without any distinction and discrimination.
