At least eight people were killed in a gun attack in restive Quetta city of Balochistan.
According to police, the incident took place in Hazar Ganji area on the outskirts of Quetta where unknown gunmen opened indiscriminate fire on a bus carrying members of the beleaguered Hazara community.
Eight men of the Hazara community were killed in the attack on the spot, SSP Sariyab Imran Qureshi reported. He said the victims were going out of city when the attack occurred.
The bodies and injured were shifted to civil hospital Quetta and Zia Medical Center for postmortem.
