The Pakistan Meteorological Department forecast that Eid al-Fitr 2016 is likely to fall on 6th July, 2016 same as in Saudi Arabia.
It is believed that Eid al-Fitr holidays in Pakistan will be from July 05 till July 11 (including Saturday and Sunday).
The Holy month of Ramadan 2016 entered into its last Ashrah (last 10 days). Muslims around the world along with fasting and keeping with their religious duties have also begun preparation for Eid al-Fitr 2016.

The holy month of Ramadan 2016 began on 7th June, 2016, a day later it began in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The holy month shall last for 29 days or 30 days as maximum. As Muslims follow Hijri Calendar, Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated on first of Shawwal.
Ghulam Rasool, the Director General of the Pakistan Meteorological Department, believes that this year Eid al-Fitr 2016 is likely to fall on 6th July, 2016 same as in Saudi Arabia.
According to the experts, keeping Met statement in view this year six holidays on Eid al-Fitr will be announced, that will be from 5th of July to 10th of July.
