Rawalpindi: Director General Inter Service Public Relations Major Gen. Asim Saleem Bajwa has said, armed forces and the whole nation are determined to deny any space to terrorists.
In his tweet regarding Khurram blast on social media, he said that two suicide bombers approached football match at Ali Zai. They were checked by Levies. One terrorist who rushed towards crowd was forcibly stopped and he exploded himself.
DG ISPR said the second bomber, who ran from the scene, was chased by Levies. They shot him dead. The Chief of Army Staff Gen. Raheel Sharif has commended Levies’ quick response and crowd’s vigilance.
