LOS ANGELES: Model Barbara Palvin described her Victoria’s Secret runway return on Sunday as empowering, nearly six weeks after welcoming her first child with husband Dylan Sprouse.
Speaking exclusively to People backstage on October 18, Palvin said she would reach six weeks postpartum the following day. She felt well and welcomed the team’s support as she participated.
Palvin, 33, and Sprouse announced their daughter’s arrival through Instagram on September 28. That announcement did not specify the birth date.
Meanwhile, Palvin described early motherhood as enjoyable but sometimes frightening. She compared the experience to a roller coaster as she and her husband adjusted to parenthood.
“We’re both learning. It’s a big adjustment. We’re trying our best,” she said. Sprouse, 34, watched the show from the audience.
Palvin praised his approach to fatherhood and explained that he had always wanted to become a parent. Beyond the runway, she has plans for a family Halloween celebration.
