The decision split opinions. Critics argue Kundu shouldn’t bear the brunt of his wife’s actions, calling the suspension unfair. “She danced, not him,” one social media user wrote. Others see it as an overreach by police. The incident, blending viral fame with legal fallout, has ignited a fairness debate in Chandigarh.
