Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor rejected the comments of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) senior leader, Atizaz Ahsan regarding the head Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) and termed as baseless, misleading and unwarranted.
In a tweet, DG ISPR stated that ‘comments by a few’ regarding the country’s premier intelligence agency are baseless, misleading and unwarranted.
The statement comes in response to remarks made by veteran PPP leader Senator, Aitzaz Ahsan
The DG ISPR said that the integrity of armed forces is beyond reproach.

In a short message posted to Twitter, the DG ISPR said, “Comments by few regarding head of premier intelligence agency are baseless, misleading and unwarranted. Integrity of armed forces is beyond reproach”.
