Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief, Altaf Hussain alleged that when Pakistan People’s Party comes into power Karachi turns into a slaughterhouse for the MQM workers and supporters.
While talking to Local new Channel “Samaa Tv” the MQM supremo said “It seems Karachi has been orphaned. There’s no one who can tend to its bleeding wounds. Given the circumstances I urge the prime minister to handover Sindh to military after sending the provincial government home ,”
The death toll of Sunday’s violence related deaths jumped to 10.
Hussain said the PPP government in Sindh had failed to deliver peace even to the people who had elected it into power.
Hussain said condemning the Sindh government “Custodial killings are on the rise unabated. The police needs to be purged of black sheep, who are bringing a bad name to the entire law enforcement agency,”
He alleged that provincial ministers were busy sleeping peacefully while the masses were being massacred by violent criminals, target killers, and even police.
