A senior official of the Airports Security Force (ASF) said on that the situation has been brought under control.
Talking to media at the spot of the latest firing incident at ASF academy near the Karachi airport, ASF spokesman Colonel Tahir Ali said that two terrorists came on a motorcycle and resorted to aerial firing near the ASF ladies hostel before fleeing.
He said that there were no casualties in the incident, adding things are completely under control and normal flight operations at the airport have been restored.
Colonel Tahir said that forces are searching for the terrorists in the adjoining residential area.
