The San Antonio Spurs beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 111-103 in Game 7 on Saturday to reach the NBA Finals for the first time since 2014.
Victor Wembanyama scored 22 points and won the Western Conference Finals MVP. He said after the game that the feeling was “powerful” and added that the Spurs wanted “four more.”
Julian Champagnie scored 20 points for San Antonio, including 18 from behind the arc. Stephon Castle added 16, while De’Aaron Fox scored 15.
Dylan Harper finished with 12 points. Keldon Johnson and Devin Vassell each added 11 as the Spurs closed out the series in Oklahoma City.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 35 points and nine assists. However, the defending champions failed to return to the NBA Finals.

The result means the NBA will crown a first-time champion for the first time in eight seasons.
The Spurs will host the New York Knicks in Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
