The State Bank of Pakistan(SBP) has blocked about 129 bank accounts that have been linked to terror financing.
According to SBP 121 bank accounts having a sum of around Rs.1 billion have been blocked under the United Nations (UN) regulations to check international terror financing and eight accounts having a sum of Rs3.5 million have been blocked under the directives issued by the Federal Interior Ministry(FIA).
