State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has announced the final date to exchange the old bank currency must be exchanged before December 31, 2022.
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) stated Tuesday that old Rs10, 50, 100, and 1,000 banknotes can be exchanged until December 31, 2022.
The federal government extended the deadline for exchanging outdated Rs 10, 50, 100, and 1000 banknotes by one year, according to SBP.
“The holders of these old design large banknotes have been given the last chance to exchange these old design large size banknotes from the field offices of the SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) by 31st December 2022,” the statement added.
