Karachi: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) submitted resolutions against each other’s party leaders in the Sindh Assembly on Wednesday.
The PTI submitted a resolution against MQM Chief Altaf Hussain’s statement. PTI leader Arif Alvi said the British government was hiding the money laundering issues, adding that he would be going to the British High Commission today (Wednesday) to discuss this issue.
Meanwhile, a resolution against PTI Chairman Imran Khan was submitted by the PTI. MQM leader Muhammad Husssain said Altaf Hussain’s statement was taken out of context.
The MQM leader added that Imran Khan had spoken against the Pakistan Army but no action was taken against him.
