Karachi Rangers submitted the medical report of Sindh Higher Education Commission (HEC) Dr. Asim Hussain in an anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday.
According to the reports, medical checkup of Dr. Asim was conducted at the Rangers Hospital in North Nazimabad in presence of personal doctors.
The doctors declared the condition of Dr. Asim ‘satisfactory’ adding that there is no need to shift him to the hospital.
The medical report was prepared by Deputy Assistant Director of medical services.
It further said that the former federal minister is being provided the prescribed medicines.
It is pertinent to mention here that the ATC handed over Dr. Asim on 90-day remand for interrogation after he was taken into custody by law enforcement agencies over corruption charges.
