Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has taken serious notice of the reports of drought in Tharparkar and sought a detailed report on the situation in the district.
The Chief Minister asked the Commissioner Mirpurkhas and the Deputy Commissioner Tharparkar to visit the affected areas to ascertain the situation and arrange relief to the people.
He also directed different public welfare departments to coordinate with each other and evolve a mechanism to provide relief and all basic facilities to the people.
