Commenting over PML-N’s offer to give the post of deputy prime minister to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that his party has no lust for power.
Talking exclusively to Samaa, Qureshi said the PTI’s core committee would discuss the offer if it is officially conveyed to them by the government negotiating team.
“We have no greed for power,” he, however, asserted.
Earlier today, PML-N senator Jafer Iqbal had suggested that a post of deputy prime minister be created and offered to PTI for resolving the current political impasse.
