A 12th round of talk between the government and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in a bid to defuse prevailing political impasse will begin today
PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said reports of PTI agreeing to five-and-a-half demand excluding that of the prime minister’s resignation were baseless.
He reiterated that his party also wanted to steer the nation out of the current crisis.
Earlier speaking at a residence of Jahangir Tareen, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said meaningful talks were held with the PTI and a new round of talks would begin on Monday (today).
