An important meeting presided over by no less then the chairman of NAB Qamar Zaman Chaudhry will be held on Friday (Today) in which important cases will be discussed.
According to sources, permission would be granted to close inquiries against Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, former Sindh Chief Minister Arbab Ghulam Rahim and former Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ameer Haider Hoti.
Meanwhile, it has also been learnt that permission would be granted to initiate inquiries into Sikandar Hayat Bosan, National Minister for Food Security and former Member of National Assembly Shafqat Shah Shirazi.
During the meeting of the executive board, it is also likely that the decision to initiate investigations into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s health department will also be taken. Shafqat Shah Shirazi and Sikandar Hayat Bosan are both accused of abusing their powers and obtaining assets illegally.
Sources have also disclosed that after the executive board provides permission to initiate inquiries against the individuals, a case will be registered against them.
