Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday restored Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) Project Director Atique Ahmad.
Justice Baqir Ali Najfi of Lahore High Court (LHC) heard the petition.
Petitioner Attique Ahmad stated that the former LESCO chief Arshad Rafique has suspended him on refusal to become a part of corruption and LESCO was not authorized to suspend a project director. He requested the court to nullify the order of the former LESCO chief.
The LHC restored Atique Ahmed as the project director.
