Earlier today, the police have recorded the statement of a teenage girl, who was reportedly abducted and viciously gang-raped in Lahore.
The family members of the 14-year-old girl said that the prime suspect Adnan Sanaullah claimed that he is a close aide of provincial minister Rana Mashood.
The family members said the girl was abducted outside their residence.
The police have registered the case on complaint of the family and arrested ten suspects while raids are being conducted to arrest key accused.
Meanwhile, Mashhood denied any connection with Adnan Sanaullah, saying he doesn’t recognize such name.
He vowed to bring all the culprits to justice.
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has also taken notice of the incident and directed CCPO Lahore to present the report.
