Startling facts have been unearthed during investigation of yesterday’s suicide attack outside Police Lines in Qila Gujar Singh area of Lahore which claimed lives of five people and wounded 25 others.
According to sources, the suicide bomber entered the provincial capital along with another five terrorists few days ago. The suspected terrorists belong to Mohmand Group of a banned organization who could carry our more attacks in the future.
Intelligence agencies have expedited efforts to nab these terrorists, sources told.
Talking to media in Lahore, CCPO Lahore Ameen Vance has confirmed that an operation is underway to arrest facilitators of the attacker. Further details regarding the blast would be given after collection of forensic report.
