The Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) led provincial government will present Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s 2014-15 budget today (Saturday).
Employees of the provincial govt. are likely to get 10-15 per cent increase in their salaries and pensions.
The total volume of KPK’s budget is expected to be about Rs 404 billion.
Prior to budget session, provincial cabinet will give the approval of the new fiscal year budget proposals.
According to sources, Rs 139 billion will be proposed for development projects, Rs 14.36 billion for education and Rs 3 billion for power projects and one billion for agriculture.
