More than a dozen heavily armed militants, equipped with sophisticated weapons and hand grenades attacked Karachi airport’s terminal 1 a little while ago .
Four ASF personnel have lost their lives while two terrorists have also been killed. At least two terrorists have gained possession of an aircraft and are shooting indiscriminately at every one from inside.
According to initial reports, militants entered old terminal and started indiscriminate firing.
At least six ASF men have also been injured in the shooting.
Emergency has been declared at Karachi airprt and all flights to Karachi have been diverted to Sukkur and Nawabshah
