Islamabad: An important meeting of the Apex Committee to review implementation on National Action Plan (NAP) has begun in the federal capital on Thursday.
The first round of the meeting is being chaired by Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, which is attended by all four provincial chief ministers, chief secretaries and the leadership of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will chair the second round of the meeting, in which key decisions regarding National Action Plan (NAP) and national security are likely to be made.
The meeting will be attended by Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif, heads of all intelligence agencies besides Chief Ministers of the four provinces.
