A high-ranking Afghan delegation will arrive in Pakistan today (Thursday) to discuss issues related to security at the Pak-Afghan border.
Official said the delegation will also visit Pak-Afghan border along with Pakistani military officials to assess exact situation of the area.
The delegation will hold meeting with Director General Military Operations in a bid to ward off misunderstandings regarding security matters.
Pakistan has urged Afghan authorities to take action against militants inside Afghan territory.
The two sides will also discuss agenda of the meeting of Pak-Afghan joint working group.
Pakistan Army has formally asked Afghanistan to play its role and either eliminate Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) chief, Mullah Fazlullah, or extradite him to Pakistan.
