Islamabad: The emergency evacuation of Pakistanis stranded in Yemen concluded on April 7, Foreign Office Spokesperson Tasneem Aslam said in a statement.
The FO spokesperson said 1,019 Pakistanis had been evacuated during the last ten days from Yemen via special flights, navy ships and through land from Oman.
According to Aslam 100-150 Pakistanis remained in Yemen with the majority of them wishing to stay in the country out of their choice.
