Karachi: A Sessions Court on Wednesday allowed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to transfer Axact CEO Shoaib Shaikh and four others to Islamabad.
Besides Shoaib Shaikh, Zeeshan Ahmed, Zeeshan Anwar, Muhammad Sabir and the company’s COO Viqas Atiq will be transferred to Islamabad.
In a letter the FIA had stated that Shaikh and others accused in the fake degree scam needed to be transferred to Islamabad so they could face pending cases against them.
