Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif met his German counterpart on Monday.
ISPR spokesman Asim Bajwa tweeted on Twitter, that COAS met the Chief of Staff of the Federal Armed Forces of German.
On the occassion, COAS was presented with a guard of honour upon his arrival after which he discussed bilateral military relations with his German counterpart and the country’s defence minister
“Acknowledging Pakistan Army’s accomplishments in war on terror, the German military leaders showed interest in learning from Pakistan’s military experience,” said Bajwa.
The army chief will be visiting Germany for two days and will then visit the Czech Republic for a day, according to ISPR.
