CJP adamantly refuses to form Judicial Commission on Panama Leaks

 Chief Justice of Pakistan, Anwer Zaheer Jamali earlier today refused to form a Judicial Commission over Panama Leaks as requested by the government in his letter.

In reply to the government letter, the Chief Justice said that the TROs are provided could take so many years to be completed.

“Supreme Court needs the specific list of individuals, companies and groups which are required to be investigated by the Judicial Commission”, Chief Justice asked in his letter.

If all information is provided then we can consider going ahead, the letter concluded.
