Gunships and jet planes bombed hideouts of suspected militants in North Waziristan on Friday, killing four and injuring three others.
The strikes targeted hideouts in Miramshah, Machis Camp and Mir Ali Bazaar areas of the tribal agency.
In the latest offensive, which started on May 21, at least 74 suspected militants have been killed in the air strikes and ground fighting in North Waziristan.
A curfew has been imposed in these areas for the past three days.
