The Supreme Court of Pakistan today constituted a dedicated bench to hear terrorism-related cases and appeals filed by condemned prisoners against executions.
The apex court constituted a three-member bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa.
The bench will hear several cases next week from Jan. 5 to Jan. 9.
It may be mentioned that the National Action Plan, which was formulated after Peshawar school massacre on Dec. 16, laid special emphasis on speedy trial of terrorists.
