Karachi: Sindh High Court has directed the authorities concerned to evacuate Railways’ land in 24 hours and arrest builder Abdul Razaq Khamosh till November 18 and produce him before the court.
Inspector General Police (IGP) Sindh Ghulam Haider Jamali, Additional IG Mushtaq Mahar and DIG East Muneer Shaikh appeared before the court in contempt of court case pertaining to grabbing of Railways’ land in Karachi.
During the hearing today (Wednesday), IG Ghulam Haider Jamali submitted reply of showcase notice in the court.
The court also ordered to place builder Abdul Razaq’s name in the exit control list until 2:00PM.
