A Joint Investigation Team has been formed to investigate murder of Suleman Lashari who was gunned down by his friend with help of police guards earlier this month.
Salman Abro, who is also son of a high level Sindh police officer, was injured in cross firing of Lashari’s guard and admitted to a private hospital in critical condition.
Salman Abro is key accused in the case. He was identified by the eyewitnesses.
Today, Abro and four other accused police officers were produced in special Anti-Terrorism Court wherein police requested for extension in their physical remand.
After the arguments of Abro’s counsel Abdul Razzaq and prosecutor Abdul Maroof Advocate, the judge extended Abro’s physical remand till May 27.
