Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has now decided to challenge appointment of Gilgit-Baltistan CEC.
Pakistan’s Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) appointed Justice (retd) Tahir Ali Shah, as new CEC Gilgit-Baltistan.
PTI leader Ghulam Sarwar Khan filed a petition under Article 184 in the Supreme Court of Pakistan today.
The petitioner plead that Justice (retd) Tahir Ali Shah, CEC Gilgit-Baltistan, has close relationship with the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
